Annie and Nell took a break from their shutdown hometown to visit their cousins in Utah.

Annie skied from the top of Nordic, from the top of Basin, and all over Powder Mountain. She seems to like skiing a lot.

Nell’s parents: Your cheeks are purple, you have to stop skiing.
Nell: (throws a fit)

George got to ride on a snowmobile.

George: Are unicorns real mom?
Me: I’m not sure.
Della: I think they’re extincted.
Nell: Oh, Della. Unicorns are not stinkeded.

Della (after skiing and sledding and before night skiing): This is the best day of my entire life!

Mike: Let’s ski Hell’s Canyon.
Steve: I have a wife and kids.

Della: I would fly to the moon for Annie!
Annie: I would move to Utah for the rest of my life for Della.

Annie (thinking to herself): And for the skiing.

We are back in our shutdown hometown and missing you all so much (and missing the skiing too). Annie wore her hair in “ski pigtails” to school this morning and wants to know when she’ll see Della again. Thank you for the happy 5 days in Utah and these great pictures! xoxoxoxo
How wonderful for you all to be together. Loved the pics…. Jane
